An original part of Spider-Man’s design, the Web Wings sprout out from underneath Spidey’s arms, allowing him to glide long distances and cover a lot of ground. Combined with Wind Tunnels, you can easily go from the southwestern area of the map all the way to the northeastern one.

Here’s how to get the tricky Soar trophy in Spider-Man 2.

Up, up, and away, web! Fly! It’s time to use those new Web Wings and grab yourself a trophy. Here are all the details.

  • Bronze trophy
  • “Using only your Web Wings, glide from the Financial District to Astoria (Wind Tunnels are okay!)”

This trophy is simple enough once you know where you need to begin and where it ends. The map above shows Spider-Man (the pyramid shape bottom left) at the tip of the Financial District. The white diamond top right is where you need to go.

Let’s begin.

This tower on top of a building in the northeast corner of the Financial District is a good place to start.

Web-zip your way up top and take a look at your marker. That’s where you need to go, but it’s easy with the wind tunnels involved. Click R3 so you can see the wind tunnel toy our right, launch your way off of the top of this tower, and then hit triangle to glide into the wind tunnel.

This is the tunnel you want to follow for now.

Follow this tunnel through the two buildings up ahead, and stay with it until it ends out over the water.

At this point, once you’re over the water, click R3 again and you can see two distinct wind tunnels. You want the one off to the right with the trajectory of due north, which is exactly where you want to go.

Once you’re in this wind tunnel, stay with it. You can ride this one all the way to where you need to go.

This tunnel ends just at the southern border of Astoria. Keep aiming yourself upwards, and keep on gliding. Once you enter into Astoria from Downtown Queens, the trophy will trigger.
