How to find Copper in LEGO Fortnite
To get Copper in LEGO Fortnite, you need to find a desert biome and find an entrance to a Lava Cave. Once you’re surrounded by sand and cacti, you will know you are in the desert.
Make sure to stock up on Snowberries and Milk to make a Snowberry Shake when entering the desert. Snowberries can be found in the Snow Biomes and Milk can be looted after petting a cow. Snowberry Shakes can be made with a Juicer.
Normally, Lava Cave entrances are big heaps of rocks, as you can see in the image below. Enter the cave entrance, and you’ll be teleported.
Once you’re in a Lava Cave, look around with a torch in hand for Copper on the walls or the floor.

To mine Copper, you will need to use a rare pickaxe. Hit the Copper repeatedly until copper pieces fall on the ground. Loot them, and exit the cave.

After you’ve collected Copper in LEGO Fortnite, create a Metal Smelter to get Copper Bars. Open your Utility tab and select Metal Smelter. Then, interact with Metal Smelter and under Recipes, choose the Copper Bar option.
To make a Metal Smelter, you will need the following: 3 Blast Cores, 15 Brigthcores, and 35 Obsidian Slabs.
It will take a couple of seconds to finish crafting, so, ideally, find a safe zone when you’re crafting this.

Every Copper you melt will need two brightcores. Brightcore in LEGO Fortnite can be found in caves and be mined with a rare pickaxe. To get For one Copper Bar you need the following materials:
