Changli will officially release in Wuthering Waves in Patch 1.1, the Thaw of Eons, which will go live after the server downtime. This is scheduled for June 28 at 6 am (UTC+8) or June 27 at 5 pm (CT).

Initially, Changli’s release date was set for around July 3. However, this changed due to the dev’s announcement post on June 2. In this post, the devs revealed that Yinlin, who was supposed to be released on June 12, will now be available on June 5. Because of this, Changli’s release date was also brought forward, which is why she will now be available on June 27.

You can also expect Jinhsi—another Resonator that Kuro Games drip-marketed before release—to be released as a playable character on June 27 as well. Changli is, in fact, the counselor to Jinhsi—Jinzhou’s Magistrate—so their stories are intertwined. However, we won’t know more about her until her lore and character card officially drops. Both characters may be featured under the same banner. However, if Changli is, as predicted, a five-star Resonator, she will get her own banner.

So, if you are interested in learning more about this mysterious Resonator, Changli will be released on June 27 in Patch 1.1 once the server maintenance has concluded.
