Condemnation is one of the best Uniques for Rogues in Diablo 4, as it provides a 20 to 40 percent chance of dealing increased damage when spending three Combo Points. On top of this, basic skills using Condemnation have a 50 per cent chance of generating three Combo Points.

Adding Condemnation to your collection takes some work, however, but we can help streamline the process.

Unique items like Condemnation in Diablo 4 aren’t guaranteed to drop. Instead, it’s down to RNG and luck to get the item you want—but there are specific ways to improve your chances of picking up Condemnation.

The best way to farm Condemnation is to defeat Echo of Varshan and The Beast in the Ice. Both endgame bosses have Condemnation on their loot tables with an increased chance of landing these items.

Condemnation can drop anywhere, however, and isn’t a boss-exclusive drop. Once you’re in World Tier 3 or World Tier 4, Condemnation can drop from elite enemies and opening chests. To raise your chances of getting the drop, focus on Gathering Legions, World Bosses, and Nightmare Dungeons.

The best farming route is to focus on Nightmare Dungeons that are Tier 30 or higher for Distilled Fear, though it isn’t a guaranteed drop. When you’ve collected Nine Distilled Fear, you can summon The Beast in the Ice. Repeat this process until Condemnation drops!
