Long-time fans of Asmongold know that the popular Twitch streamer is messy—but he recently revealed that even a rat couldn’t survive his living conditions.

On his Twitch stream, Asmongold showed a clip of him disposing of a dead rodent he found while cleaning out his home. In the clip, he held the rat with some metal tongs and called it multiple expletives. Worst of all, the streamer claimed that the dead rodent’s stench would wake him up every morning, which is the reason why he went looking for it in the first place.

This comes after a stream in June where Asmongold spoke about how he thinks there are dead animals in his house. “I am 70 percent sure there is one dead animal in the house right now,” Asmongold said during the stream. “And it’s been there for a while.” The streamer also revealed there is mold growing throughout his house, and claimed he was finally going to clean his house after all these years.

Unsurprisingly, this isn’t the streamer’s first run-in with rodents in his home. Several years ago, Asmongold admitted to leaving a dead rat in his room as a pseudo-alarm clock. In a clip on his stream, he explained how the sunrise would cook the deceased rodent, producing a smell that would wake him up on time to start streaming.

Since Asmongold’s messy living conditions are so public, many memes involving the streamer’s home have gone viral across social media in the past few months. After one account on X (formerly Twitter) made a joke about Asmongold’s bedroom getting added to Powerwash Simulator, a popular cleaning game, the developers actually responded by claiming their cleaning tools were not powerful enough to handle the damage Asmongold has inflicted on the home.

In another instance, a user responded to an Asmongold quote asking if he was the guy “whose house is full of cockroaches.” In response to the post, Asmongold shared a photo of dirty dishes in his kitchen sink, with a large spider sitting amidst the muck. The streamer even joked that the cockroaches had “evolved” inside of his living conditions.

If you can handle the stench, you can find Asmongold live most days on his Twitch channel, where he reacts to current events and plays multiple video games.
