We’ve known for some time now that MewTwo would be coming back to Smash Bros. this year. Now we know when. Fans can play as MewTwo on April 15. If you registered both copies of Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS by March 31, the DLC will be free. If not, you can buy MewTwo for both games for $4.99 or individually for $3.99 on April 28.

Lucas will also be making a return to Smash Bros. as DLC in June.

Nintendo will also be opening a Smash Bros. fighter ballot on the game’s official website. With this, fans can send in suggestions of characters they would like to see in Smash. President and CEO of Nintendo, Satoru Iwata, wanted to make it clear that not every request could be met, but it would take requests into consideration. So, it’s still very unlikely that Ridley from the Metroid series will become a playable character.

On April 15, Nintendo will release software update 1.0.6 which will include character balancing, hopefully for Diddy Kong, and share functionality for photos, Mii Fighters, replays, and custom stages.

Nintendo will also release costume packs for Mii Fighters. With this pack, you can adorn your Fighters with wares from various Nintendo games, from The Legend of Zelda to Xenoblade: Chronicles. A costume will set you back $1.15 for both versions, or $.75 individually. If you want all the costumes, it will cost you $6 for one version and $9.20 for both.

And for you fiendish Amiibo collectors, May 29 will mark the release of wave 4 with more to follow in July and September.
