Zentimo is a three-mana minion with one Attack and three Health. Although it has lackluster stats, Zentimo’s effect says “whenever you target a minion with a spell, it also targets adjacent ones.”

With this effect, Zentimo will allow your single-target spells to impact multiple minions. So, if you target an opponent’s minion with a spell while Zentimo is on the board, and that minion has one on each side of it, your spell will affect all three cards.
