The newest addition to League of Legends’ dysfunctional family of champions, Zoe, was revealed today in an announcement from Riot.
She’s called the Aspect of Twilight, and although she looks like she’s 12, she’s actually the ancient messenger of Targon, a deity that appears all throughout League’s lore in items and champions alike.
Her hobbies? Bending reality to prank mortals and blowing bubbles.
She’s extremely mobile, and will probably be most enjoyed by players of Zed, LeBlanc, Katarina, and other tricky assassins and mages. She is jam-packed with strange utility spells that alter reality on Summoner’s Rift, like her ability to copy your Summoner Spells, item actives, and more.
Her personality is like a mix between Lux and Lulu. She’s not quite as loopy as Lulu, but she’s also much more sparkly than Lux.
After her announcement today, it’s likely that she’ll be released within the next couple of weeks, smack dab in the middle of the preseason.
