Luckily, the Trackers Alliance Bounty Clearance Kiosks offer a quick and easy way to put a life of crime behind you. Just visit one, clear your record, and continue your cosmic adventure with a clean slate.
Once you find a Bounty Clearance Kiosk, you can view all the bounties against your name and see how many credits it will take to clear them. Sure, it might cost a tad more than settling them, but convenience has its price, and it’s better than being jailed. Just make sure you know where to find these kiosks.

There’s a catch though. You cannot clear a bounty while in the space occupied by the faction you have an active bounty with. If you’re in trouble with the United Colonies, go to a Freestar Collective zone to pay off your bounty and vice versa. Alternatively, you can build an Outpost and a Kiosk in a neutral area.

Exact locations for Self-Service Bounty Clearance Kiosks in Starfield
New Atlantis Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
The New Atlantis Self-Service Bounty Clearance kiosk can be found in the Viewport Bar. Head to the back corner of the bar, and you’ll find it nestled there. New Atlantis is the main city on Jemsion, within the Alpha Centauri star system, and is one of the first major locations you’ll travel to.
To find The Viewport, head straight down the ramp from the Spaceport, then take a left and head up the stairs, following the sign for Hotel & Shopping. Continue forward until you see Jemison Mercantile, and the Viewport Bar will be just to the left.
Cydonia Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
You’ll find the Cydonia’s Bounty Kiosk in the Broken Spear Bar on Mars, which is part of the Sol star system. As you step through the main entrance, you’ll see it to your left.
The Broken Spear is a breeze to find. Land at Cydonia, head through the airlock and take the door to the Central Hub. Once inside, the Broken Spear is the first doorway on your right.
Akila City Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
Akila City’s Bounty Kiosk is at the Hitching Post Bar. The kiosk is conveniently positioned to the right as you enter the main doorway.
Hopetown Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
Nestled in Hopetown’s Pit Stop Bar on Polvo within the Valo star system, another Self-Service Bounty Clearance Kiosk awaits your visit. Upon entering, look to your left, just beside the bar service desk.
Neon Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
If you’re on Volii Alpha, in the Volii star system, you can find a Bounty Clearance Kiosk in Neon’s Astral Lounge.
If you’re like me and you struggle to find the Astral Lounge, simply take the elevator down from the Spaceport, then turn right and head to the far end of the street until you see the Astral Lounge sign at the bottom of a long set of stairs. Run up the stairs, take another elevator from Neon Core to Trade Tower: Astral Lounge, and you’re there!
Trident Luxury Lines Space Station Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
Another Bounty Clearance Kiosk can be found on the Trident Luxury Lines Space Station, which orbits Akila in the Cheyenne star system. After undocking from your spaceship, you’ll spot it nearby.
Deimos Staryard Bounty Clearance Kiosk location
The Deimos Staryard is located in orbit around the planet Mars, in the Sol system. After traveling to the station and docking with it, board the station. Walk forward and turn left at the main desk. The Bounty Clearance Kiosk should be just ahead of you, to the right of the entranceway with “Victory Hall” above it.
Random Bounty Clearance Kiosk locations
Various civilian and scientific outposts will appear on different planets procedurally, or as part of a curated planet’s design. Some of these outposts will have both a mission board and a Bounty Clearance Kiosk.
Adding a Bounty Clearance Kiosk to your Outpost in Starfield
You can craft and place a Bounty Clearance Kiosk in any of your own outposts as well, at a limit of one per outpost. To create a Bounty Clearance Kiosk in your Starfield Outpost, enter Build Mode and head to the Miscellaneous section.
To build a Self-Service Bounty Clearance Kiosk, you’ll need:

- Beryllium (2)
- Zero Wire (2)
Having a Bounty Clearance Kiosk at an outpost that’s in neutral space is especially useful since you will be able to clear a bounty for either faction.
