This Astro Bot trophy is a neat reference to one of PlayStation’s former mascots, but knowing the character, where to find them, and how to dance aren’t spelled out. After about an hour of character-searching and button-mashing, though, we know how to do it—so let’s pass that knowledge on to you.

To complete the bronze Let’s Twist Again trophy in Astro Bot, you must first find this iconic marsupial. Thankfully, that shouldn’t be hard for the OG PlayStation fans soaking up all the nostalgia of the title, but for anyone out of the loop, we’ll fill you in.

How to find Crash Bandicoot in Astro Bot

The marsupial you are looking for is the Crash Bandicoot Bot, one of seven Bots in Gorilla Nebula‘s Az-Tech Trail level. Crash is the third Bot you can find in the area. You encounter him when you come across the two cactus-looking enemies for the first time.

After beating the first cactus enemy, turn left to find another one. Before you fight it, look to your right. There’s a box of Wompa fruit you can destroy using the boxing glove power-up to reveal Crash behind it.

Jump to the Crash Bot and hit him to unlock the Bot. He then heads to the Crash Site level, where you can interact with him at any time.

After landing at the Crash Site, you can find Crash Bandicoot easily by pressing the Triangle button. Pressing the button makes every Bot you’ve unlocked come to you no matter where you are.

Once Crash is next to you, press down on the D-Pad to get Astro to dance. When you press the button, other Bots around you dance shortly afterward. Crash will dance and unlock the achievement if he is next to you.

You can use a similar method to complete the Bot Bot Revolution trophy, which asks you to have 100 Bots in the Crash Site dance alongside you. Alternatively, you might unlock this trophy as I did by accident when trying to get the Bot Bot Revolution trophy and just so happened to have Crash dance with the 100 simultaneously.
