There are a bunch of trophies to unlock in Astro Bot, and many of them rely on your years of PlayStation knowledge to grasp what they could mean, with the Royally Stuck one being one of the more unique ones.
The trophy tasks you with getting close to a sticky sphere at the Crash Site, which, at first glance, could be everything. Don’t do what I did, though, and run around the Crash Site like a moron. The trophy refers to a character you need to find in one of the many levels in the galaxy and bring him home to use his unique gacha ability.
How to complete the Royally Stuck trophy in Astro Bot
To get the Royally Stuck achievement in Astro Bot, you must first go through a series of worlds and tasks to get everything you need.
First, you need to find The Prince Bot, a character from the Katamari series. Its a Bot with a large green rectangle head. It can be found in the Tentacle System during the level Downside Surprise. He’s located halfway into the level when climbing a tree and is stuck in a bird’s nest.
Getting The Prince is one of many steps, and now that you have him, you need to unlock the Gacha machine by collecting puzzle pieces across various worlds. Once you do, you need to use 100 coins and hope that The Prince’s gacha item, the ball, shows up. It’s completely random, so there’s no chance that his or another gacha item might appear, so you need to hope RNG is on your side.
When it does unlock, you must go up to him and hit him with Astro while next to the ball. Astro gets stuck to the ball if done correctly, and the trophy unlocks while being rolled around. You can escape from the ball anytime by hitting the X button.
I waited until the very end of the game to get the trophy, among others, due to the RNG behind it but also because once you know how to get it, it’s super simple. You can get a lot of trophies done after collecting everything, so long as you have been getting every Bot and Puzzle Piece along the way.
