Call of Duty: Warzone 2‘s massive maps and modes should be a field day for snipers. But in the battle royale game, most players in any given match have several plates of armor to break through before you can deal damage to their HP.

This makes it difficult to kill enemies swiftly with sniper rifles, and it seems to be more of a difficult task than it was in the original Warzone game without the proper one-shot sniper loadout.

Players everywhere have been experimenting with different sniper rifles and attachments to try and find the perfect build to take down enemies in one hit, to varying degrees of success and outright failure.

Here are all the details about one-shot sniper rifle load-outs in Warzone 2.

After a recent in-game change, sniper rifles in Warzone 2 can once again kill enemies in one shot. But you need a specific attachment on specific sniper rifles to do so.

After a lot of outcry from Warzone 2 players over the course of a couple of months, Infinity Ward and Raven Software went back on their decision to remove the one-shot sniper capabilities from the game.

As part of the season three update on April 12, sniper rifles can once again down enemies in one shot in Warzone 2. But it can only be done by hitting the enemy with a headshot with bolt-action sniper rifles using the Explosive Ammunition attachment.

The FJX Imperium, also known as the Intervention from MW2 2009, can one-shot enemies. The MCPR-300 sniper rifle has also added the Explosive Ammunition attachment to its progression track, so the favorite sniper also has its one-shot capability back.

For now, here are some of the best one-shot sniper rifle loadouts to use in Warzone 2.
