INTRODUCTION
We would like to introduce the Doesplay Pro Series Season 2. The format for the Pro Series is largely unchanged aside from a massive prize injection and the way the qualifying night comps are run. Premium Membership is also now a requirement to enter the Pro Series events.
We would also like to announce the Doesplay 10k Pro Series LAN! It will be held on the 25th and 26th of July on the Gold Coast, Queensland! There is a total prize pool of $10,000AUD! A team cap is required and a total of 32 teams will be able to sign up on May 1st, so stay tuned!
ONLINE COMPETITION REGION LOCK
This competition is limited to Australian & New Zealand residents only. Players found to be competing whilst outside of this region will forfeit their points and any monies paid in membership or prizes paid out.

You can currently purchase our Premium Membership. It allows members access to Pro Series events and a 10% discount on any player registering for a LAN event. You will also receive special site perks that will be released in the future. Access to members only events will also be a big part of becoming a member as well.

PRO SERIES 2V2 UPDATE
The Pro Series 2v2 has received a game-type update. Uplink will now be added to the 2v2 rotation. All current points will remain from Season 1.

PRO SERIES NIGHT COMPETITIONS
Beginning on the 20th of April, the following nights have been selected. They have also been allocated a prize for first place prize for each bracket.
These competitions will be seeded by core player points. Only core members of teams receive points, substitutes are ineligible to receive points.
The Pro Series 2v2 is a stand alone competition and it’s points system is separate to the Pro Series 4v4. The Gold Coast 10k LAN event uses the 4v4 Variant.

This event requires parental/guardian supervision for persons under 15 years of age to purchase tickets, compete and/or spectate this event.
The content is strong in impact.
MA 15+ classified material contains strong content and is legally restricted to persons 15 years and over. It may contain classifiable elements such as scenes that are strong in impact. A person shall be asked to show proof of their age before purchasing a ticket and on entry to the venue. Children under the age of 15 may not legally watch, buy or hire MA 15+ classified material unless they are in the company of a parent or adult guardian. Children under 15 who attend this event, must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while in the venue.
The guardian must be an adult exercising parental control over the person under 15 years of age. The guardian needs to be 18 years or older.

COMPETITION STRUCTURE
Pool Play: Seeded by points entering the LAN event. All teams compete in 6 team pools. 5 maps series all maps to be played.
10k Championship Bracket: All 32 teams compete. Seeded by pool play results via map count.
Tie Breakers: Teams will play a single map via a reverse VETO. Each team takes it in turn, to choose a game-type to ban, then a map to ban. Until there is one game-type and map left. Higher seed entering the LAN event will choose first and host the map.
Continuation Rules: A continuation series will be triggered if two teams have competed against each other previously in the Championship Bracket. The series will automatically become a Best of 11 Series with a rotation determined by Doesplay Admins.
