The tournament will kick off on July 5 and run for five days, ending on the 10th. The top eight teams from MLG Columbus will receive direct invitations to the event as the current “legend” status teams, while the final eight spots will be determined by qualifiers. Per usual, the eight teams that failed to make it out of the group stage in Columbus will compete against the regional minor champions that are yet to be determined.

“Last year’s ESL One Cologne was one for the history books,” VP of Pro gaming at ESL, Ulrich Schulze. “There are always things we can improve on, and we’re looking to take key learnings from last year to raise the bar even further in 2016 for what will hopefully be a truly legendary experience, both online and off.”

Tickets are already on sale for the event, with prices ranging between €41 to €301—though if you really want to splash the cash there are special lounges available for purchase at the measly cost of €2,999, or about $3,500.
