Everyone has heard the joke that Tyler “Ninja” Blevins’ fanbase is comprised of 13-year-olds. It seems like the popular Twitch streamer is now targeting an even younger audience, however. Later this year, Ninja-themed toys will be available for purchase.
People will get a closer look at the new toy line this weekend at the New York Toy Fair, but the toys aren’t expected to be available for the public until the fall. The toy company, Wicked Cool Toys, has apparently constructed close to a dozen different type of toys relating to Ninja. However, Ninja isn’t the only Twitch personality to be turned into a figurine.
A key part of every influencer business is merchandising. Feels like @Ninja really nailed it w/ the new toy line – these scream his personality. Fans are gonna eat em up. pic.twitter.com/v3MRBOiPgt

Lamo, a specific toy line, has a set of different vinyl figures all fashioned after streamers. The full set features Ninja, Guy “DrDisrespect” Beahm, Tim “TimTheTatman” Betar, Saquib “Lirik” Zahid, and Jaryd “Summit1G” Lazar. Besides vinyl figurines, there will be plushies, games, and other types of merchandise.
One unique feature about some of the toys is the ability to interact with them in a mobile game. People will be able to point their phones at the toy and watch various animations. Each animation has its own soundbites recorded by the individual streamer. The Lamo toy line is also expecting to release a game where you can match up against others who own the same figurines. The toys range in price, with the cheapest sitting at $8 and the most expensive one topping out around $20.
