The most powerful, sought-after items in Diablo 4 are the Unique items, powerful weapons and armor with incredible stats and game-changing effects. These items, though, are of course notoriously rare, and most commonly drop at the end of Helltide events or after completing Nightmare Dungeons but also can drop from world bosses, seasonal events, and dungeons.
