Cowl of the Nameless is one of the best Unique items for Rogues in Diablo 4, but farming for it can be time-consuming. To make things easier, we’ve put together this handy guide.
The Cowl of the Nameless Helm in Diablo 4 provides a 20-40 percent increased Lucky Hit Chance against Crowd Controlled Enemies, pairing it well with several Rogue builds.
Earning the Cowl of the Nameless is not an easy task, but we’ve got the details you need.
Where to get the Cowl of the Nameless in Diablo 4
The Cowl of the Nameless, like other Unique items, is not a guaranteed drop in Diablo 4. Instead, you’re left relying on RNG and luck to get the item you want. However, there are ways to boost the odds in your favor.
The best way to farm the Cowl of the Nameless is to defeat Duriel, King of Maggots and Echo of Andariel. Both endgame bosses have the Cowl of the Nameless in their loot tables with an increased chance of seeing it drop.
Both Duriel and Andariel require items that drop only from defeating other bosses, however, making the farming route much longer than other Uniques. Thankfully, Cowl of the Nameless can drop anywhere and isn’t a boss-exclusive drop.
Upon reaching World Tier 3, the Cowl of the Nameless can drop after defeating enemies and opening chests. The drop can also occur in World Tier 4. Participating in Gathering Legions, World Bosses, Helltides, and Nightmare Dungeons is the best way to boost your chances of a Unique drop, though the items awarded are random.
