There are many unique rewards you can earn as you work through Disney Dreamlight Valley’s End of Summer event. To get them, you need to complete specific tasks like the Savor Some Sweetness duty.

This is a decently tricky task to complete since the game gives you no information on what you need to do. Instead, all you have is the name of the duty to work with, so here’s how to complete Savor Some Sweetness in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

To complete the Savor Some Sweetness task in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to make and eat a total of 25 S’mores. Progress is only made in this task when you consume this item, so it’s crucial you stock up on this recipe and don’t give it away to other villagers.

Since the Share Some Sweetness task in the End of Summer event tasks you with gifting a specific dish to villagers, it can be tempting to give them your S’mores. But you need to save all the S’mores for your character if you want to claim the reward this quest offers.

Once you have the S’mores recipe down, you can cook this item however you like. You can combine the required ingredients at any cooking station or supply Mist to an Ancient Cooker to automate the cooking process if you have A Rift in Time. Since you need to make a large number of S’mores for this task, I recommend using an Ancient Cooker if you can.

If you lose track of how many S’mores you’ve made and consumed, you can track your progress by visiting the Village section in your Dreamlight Journal. The Savor Some Sweetness task is hidden there and tells you exactly how many S’mores you have eaten out of 25.

Fully completing this task gets you the exclusive Hiking Backpack clothing item. It’s only available while the event is active, so make sure you consume the required amount of S’mores before the event ends.

Eating so many S’mores gives your character a huge energy boost that allows them to glide around the valley swiftly. If you aren’t sure what to do with all this energy, it’s worth working on the Dapper Delights Star Path since there are plenty of laborious energy-draining tasks worth finishing as soon as possible. Both events conclude around the same time, so working on them simultaneously is the way to go.
