The Club Member Reward Evolution in EA FC 25 has three requirements. Failure to meet any of the requirements results in the player being ineligible, and you can’t select them.

To be eligible for the Club Member Evolution, the player must have a maximum overall rating of 82, a maximum of seven PlayStyles, and have RB as one of their playable positions. Many players can play several positions, which may allow you to use a CB or an LB, for example, in this Evolution.
