While most of the pre-order rewards in EA FC 25 are tied to Ultimate Team, there are also bonuses available for Career Mode. As the rewards are spread across game modes, you may find it difficult to ensure you’ve been granted everything you are entitled to.

How to get pre-order bonuses in EA FC 25
There are no additional steps to complete to claim your pre-order bonuses in EA FC 25, and they should be waiting for you when you load up the game, although their location depends on the game mode in which the bonuses belong.
Any bonuses for Career Mode, like the three additional playable Icons, are found when starting a new Player Career in EA FC 25. To use them, select the option to play as an Icon in the mode and three additional players are provided as options.
Most pre-order bonuses apply to Ultimate Team and will be added to your account when you log into the mode for the first time. The kits and customization items should appear immediately, while the pre-order packs and guaranteed Hero are available in the Shop.
If you are missing any pre-order rewards, you may have to wait until the full release of EA FC 25 on Sept. 27. You can also contact EA Support directly to ask about the issue, though you may be told to wait until the above date.
