Note: If you find Ragman’s SUV but die before extraction, you’ll have to restart the quest again, so just keep this in mind.

In the Shoreline map, head to the northwest and you’ll come across a swamp area near a church. In the lake nearby, you’ll find the black SUV submerged with its backend sticking out. Just walk over to the vehicle to interact with it and trigger a pop-up that indicates you’ve found it. You don’t need to do anything. Just let the game acknowledge your discovery.

The easiest way to locate the SUV is to go behind the church area and then, once looking at the church, turn to the right and you’ll see the lake.

After that, the hardest part is successfully extracting from Shoreline. If you get out unscathed, head back to Ragman to complete the quest. He will reward you with some rubles and a Stich Profi Chest Rig MK2. You’ll also get over 7,000 XP, which doesn’t hurt.
