100 Thieves has signed star Fortnite duo Davis “Ceice” McClellan and Hayden “Elevate” Krueger, the organization announced today.
This news follows 100 Thieves’ recent push to recruit Apex Legends players.
Ceice and Elevate are no strangers to playing together in high-profile Fortnite tournaments, however. They won $40,000 at the World Showdown of Esports 3 event last December and reached the grand finals of the Fall Skirmish at TwitchCon 2018.
With the addition of the duo, 100 Thieves now has five players on its competitive Fortnite roster. Ceice and Elevate have joined Archie “Parallax” Shrader, “SirDimetrious,” and “Kenith.” Popular streamer and occasional competitor Nick “Nickmercs” Kolcheff also represents Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag’s organization.
100 Thieves first entered Epic Games’ hit title in June 2018, but has yet to make a real impact across any and all competitions it has entered—whether that’s solo or duos events. Ceice and Elevate will undoubtedly be looking to change that, though.
The duo’s debut as 100 Thieves representatives has already begun, too, since they’re competing in Fortnite’s Share the Love event.
