Can you get The Paradigm from the shop in Fortnite?
Despite briefly appearing in the shop on Aug. 6, 2024, there is currently no way to get The Paradigm anymore. She was originally released in 2019 as an exclusive skin only meant to be in the shop just one time, but Epic Games accidentally brought her back for a bit on Aug. 6 before quickly removing her.
After this, the developers said they’d refund everyone who bought her when she briefly reappeared in the shop unintentionally and would remove the skin from their lockers. They then went back on this decision and decided to still refund players who bought it but allow them to keep the skin after all.
Since The Paradigm was supposed to be an exclusive item, all players who owned it before this mistake will get a new variant of this skin in the future to make up for this mistake. Anyone who bought it before can also now refund it if they no longer want this item.
As of now, it seems like The Paradigm is no longer obtainable and is going to remain an exclusive item for those who got it when it was originally released and when it was mistakingly returned to the shop. There’s always a chance this decision could be changed in the future, though, especially following the massive battle pass exclusivity changes.
You can’t add The Paradigm to your locker as of now, but there are still plenty of other skins to unlock. Some of the ones you may want to add to your collection are the Pirates of the Caribbean skins and the many Marvel skins.
