It seems like something big is about to go down in Fortnite: Battle Royale this weekend.

Yesterday, a countdown started to show up on the TVs spread across the Fortnite island—and now a clock has appeared around the actual ice sphere that’s floating above Polar Peak.

Most Fortnite fans believe that this means another unique in-game event will take place this weekend involving the strange orb. Earlier this week, a potential season seven finale scene was supposedly leaked, and the Ice King could be seen holding a dark cube similar to the one that traveled around the map in season six.

Since this clock appeared around 1pm CT today, most fans think that a 24-hour countdown has officially begun—which would mean that the special event could take place tomorrow at 1pm CT. Epic hasn’t released any specific information about this potential in-game event, however.

Although fans might not know exactly what to expect in this potential event, most Fortnite players will be paying close attention to the ice sphere and the clock heading into Saturday afternoon.
