The first set of weekly Battle Pass challenges for Fortnite: Battle Royale season eight are finally live. The v8.00 update brought new things to the game that will certainly help players complete their weekly challenges faster than ever before.

All players have three challenges they can complete, and those who have the season eight Battle Pass, including players who got it for free during season seven, will unlock four additional challenges to get Battle Stars and rank up their Battle Pass. Players can also use the brand-new Party Assist system to complete challenges faster with the help of a friend in their party.

As always, expect to be able to complete any Battle Pass challenge in default modes (Solo, Duos, Squads) and Limited Time Modes in Battle Royale. Playground and Creative matches shouldn’t allow you to progress through these challenges.

Trying to complete these challenges in big-team modes like 50v50 might be a good idea, since you have more time to explore the map and have more odds of staying alive to complete some pesky challenges that can be hard to finish in default playlists.
