First place will win 50,000 V-Bucks, while second through fourth place will take home 25,000 V-Bucks. Fifth through 50th place wins 13,500 V-Bucks, and 51st through 100th place will get 7,500 V-Bucks.

Points are rewarded for placements and eliminations, so winning matches is key, but so is slaying out. The winners will have to maintain a good balance of survival and skill to top the scoreboard when the event ends on Monday.

Eligible top performers in Solo Showdown might also receive invitations to future Summer Skirmish events, like this weekend’s which has a prize pool of $500,000. Previous Summer Skirmish events have featured top Showdown performers from earlier events, including one of the grand prize winners, iDropz_Bodies.

Epic Games said it plans to update a blog post frequently to show the event’s standings leading up to its conclusion, so make sure to keep an eye on it while hunting down victory royales. Remember, only the first 25 games matter, so make them count.
