Let’s take a look at what you’ll be tackling for week three of season five.

Free Challenges

Deal damage to opponents in a single match (500) – 5 Stars

Five hundred damage might seem like a lot, and it can be, but it’s made simpler when you remember that damage dealt also includes damaging enemies who are downed but not out. If you play Squads and kill an an enemy who has full health and shield, and then finish them off when they’re downed, that’s a potential 300 damage right there.

Use a Launchpad (1) – 5 Stars

Step one: find a launchpad. Step two: use the launchpad. Easy stars. There’s no real strategy involved here, you just kind of have to get lucky in finding and looting one of these items.

Follow the treasure map found in Flush Factory (1) – 10 Stars

Head to this mountain northwest of Fatal Fields for an easy 10 Battle Stars.

Battle Pass Challenges

Search Chests in Fatal Fields (7) – 5 Stars

Once you’re done grabbing the above Battle Star, you can head down to Fatal Fields for some chests! They spawn pretty consistently around the area, but they mostly spawn in the big house, the barn, and the smaller buildings around the area.

Shoot a Clay Pigeon at different locations (5) – 5 Stars

PULL!

A number of skeet shooting machines were added to the map with update 5.1, and you’ll need to play with them to finish this challenge. There are at least six different machines found around the map, so use five of them to finish off the challenge and earn five stars.

Eliminate opponents in Haunted Hills (5) – 10 Stars

Due to its location, Haunted Hills isn’t the most popular landing destination. But this week, there will be a higher volume of people landing there due to this challenge. You’re more likely to find someone there in Solo games, as you will always find people looking to travel off the beaten path and play slowly. Head there and feast on their souls.

Explosive weapon eliminations (3) – 10 Stars

You’ll need to kill or finish off an enemy you’ve downed with a rocket launcher, grenade launcher, grenades, or C4. Three times. Killing them softly.
