After having to trek across massive expanses for over six months, Epic Games has finally added fast travel capabilities to LEGO Fortnite in the form of Battle Bus Stations.

Before this update, players were forced to build their villages relatively close to one another, since there weren’t easy ways to travel across the world. Players previously had to walk across huge bodies of land or build vehicles to reach faraway places, but even that would be tedious since you’d have to spend plenty of time getting from point A to point B.

This time, however, players can explore the world with no worries. Now you can just build a fast travel station to zip them to safety, wherever they are.

To build a fast travel station in LEGO Fortnite, you’ll need to find a plethora of top-tier resources in the world. As a result, you’ll need to do a bit of hard work before you can jump from place to place with ease. Here are all of the resources you’ll need to gather to build a fast travel station:

  • Four Iron Bars
  • Two Malachite Slabs
  • Six Frostpine
  • Three Rift Shards

The toughest item to find in the fast travel station recipe is the Rift Shard, which can only be acquired by finding an existing fast travel station in the world and breaking it. This will give you the Rift Shard you need, so you can build your own wherever you’d like.

Once you’ve built your fast travel station, you can access its menu by clicking the prompt that shows up when you approach the building’s computer. A screen will pop up, prompting you to choose which available Bus Station you’d like to travel to, along with how far it is from your current location.

After you’ve chosen a destination, you and your friends will have to wait for the Battle Bus to arrive and pick everyone up, before you’re teleported directly above the fast travel station you specified. As you fly ahead, you can jump out of the Battle Bus early or thank the driver, before you’re automatically kicked out of the bus when you’ve reached your destination.
