The Lost Isles is easily one of the biggest updates LEGO Fortnite has seen since the Star Wars content. New locations, such as NaNa Village, are available, and you can salvage new materials from across the lands: I’m looking at you Mahogany Wood and Stink Glands.

LEGO Fortnite is also home to Golems—large enemies capable of dealing serious damage if you’re not careful. We have the lowdown on everything you need to know about this imperious foe.

Where to find Golems in LEGO Fortnite

Golems can actually be found scattered across the Beach, Jungle, and Plains in LEGO Fortnite’s new Lost Isles biome. To reiterate, in your world, the Lost Isles need to be visible and active to guarantee their chances of appearing.

In this reshaped version of LEGO Fortnite, Golems are actuallly quite frequent. The best spot I found them was in the Lost Isles Beach area—using the following coordinates: 0.855, 3.605, 0.142.

Using the “Tomatohead Statue” screenshot above, every time I load into LEGO Fortnite and go to this spot, if I attack the small tomatoheads in the ground, a Golem always stirs and begins to attack. This is your chance to pounce and bring down the rampaging enemy.

You need plenty of hearts in reserve, a strong weapon, and room to move in your environment if you stand a chance at bringing down a Golem in LEGO Fortnite.

Once you awaken a Golem, it usually launches into its continuous spin attack with complete intent to wreck everything in its path. Also, it can throw boulders and swipe at you if you get too close. However, your best bet is to get close and hack away at it with a Lightsaber or something damaging.

A little trick I found is to get close to the edge of the platform as it can spin itself straight off the edge—which is why my Rift Shards—in the image above—are in the water. Rift Shards are the main reason for bringing down Golems because they’re crucial for Battle Bus Stations.
