Frostpunk 2 releases Sept. 20, 2024, at 12pm CT, following a delay from its original July 25 release date. Early access begins on Sept. 17, at 12pm CT as a universal release. The survival title’s PS5 and Xbox Series X|S dates are yet to be announced, but we know it will arrive on consoles later than PC.

What platforms is Frostpunk 2 releasing for?
Frostpunk 2 will be available on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Game Pass when it launches on Sept. 20. The game will eventually arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but the exact date is unknown at the time of writing. While you can pre-purchase Frostpunk 2 on the Microsoft Store right now, the game and its pre-order bonuses are only available on PC.
