Top laner Cristian “Cris” Rosales will be replaced with Kevin “Hauntzer” Yarnell, sources close to the team have informed the Daily Dot. Rosales had a tough time in his lane match-up against CLG’s Shin “Seraph” Wooyeong and failed to impress when in the spotlight.

Although Yarnell hasn’t played for any major names in League scene, he has certainly built up a lot of fans and fellow players for his performances in the Challenger League where he played for Team LoLPro. The fact that both organizations fall under the Team Curse umbrella will faciliate the transition.

Rosales won’t have to wait too long to find a new home.

With Santos likely heading for an exit soon enough, Team Coast have made moves to secure the services of Rosales as they look to rebuild. This follows the team’s controversial decision to bench two players who qualified for the LCS playoffs—top laner Keenan “Rhux” Santos and mid laner Greyson “goldenglue” Gilmer—and bring in two Korean solo-queue players in their place.

This is likely just the first step in a significant overhaul for the Team Coast roster with substitute player Joshua “NintendudeX” Atkins recently announcing that he has a new team for the upcoming Challenger series.
