You’ve just completed your first mission in the Story Mode and you’re wondering, “How can I level up faster?” Worry not, I’ve put together a quick guide to help you go from Gunpla Noobie to Gundam GOAT.
We’ll achieve this by learning how to farm parts in Gundam Breaker 4.
Ready? Let’s go!
Upgrade Your Gear
Equip your Gunpla with the highest-level parts and weapons available to maximize health and damage. Look out for parts that offer EX/OP skills for added benefits.
Dual Wield = Max Destruction
Your Gunpla can hold two ranged and two melee weapons at the same time. Fill all slots to increase your offensive capabilities.
Use Builder’s Parts
Add Builder’s Parts to your Gunpla for extra firepower. Some of these parts even come with additional skills.
Synthesize Your Parts
Found a part you love? Synthesize it to boost its level and rarity, particularly for weapons that need a damage upgrade. This feature unlocks as you progress through story missions.
Test Your Build in Test Mode
Before heading into battle, use Test Mode to try out your loadout and work on your combos. It’s the best way to ensure your build is effective.
Focus on Break Combos
Target multiple enemies to keep your break combo going. The more you mix up your attacks, the higher your break combo count will be, leading to more part drops.
Use Breaker Boosters
Boost your part farming efficiency by using a Breaker Booster before starting a mission. These increase the number and level of item drops. You can earn Breaker Boosters by achieving an S rank in missions.
Achieving S Rank
Defeat the Minions
Focus on taking out lower-level enemies to build your break combo count, which increases your chances of reaching S rank.
Beat the Clock
Clear waves before the specified S rank time runs out.
Pro Tip: Avoid defeating the main target too soon if you want to keep racking up combos, as this fast-tracks the wave completion.
On Target, Boss
Hit the circular targets on bosses to cause them to collapse, allowing you to deal massive damage and earn valuable rewards.
Follow these tips, and you’ll be farming parts like a pro in no time. Got your own tricks? Share them with us!
