Kobolds and Catacombs is set to give every class a Legendary weapon, and the Rogue weapon is one of the most interesting we’ve seen yet.
Kingsbane builds power over the course of the game. Starting as just a one attack weapon, just a Deadly Poison here and there quickly turns this card into incredible value for its cost.
What makes Kingsbane even more interesting is its Deathrattle effect. With an increase in weapon play comes an increase in weapon removal. Cards like Acidic Swamp Ooze and Harrison Jones are bound to see play with a potential weapon meta on the horizon. Kingsbane dodges these removal options by being shuffled back into the deck, and the weapon grows even stronger in the process.
Kobolds and Catacombs will be released on Dec. 7.
