One of the most important main quests of Hogwarts Legacy is ‘The High Keep’. However, a lot of Hogwarts Legacy players can have a hard time completing the “climb the battlements” part of the quest.
In case you can’t climb the battlements in ‘The High Keep’ quest, here’s what you should do to move forward.
How to climb the battlements in Hogwarts Legacy’s The High Keep quest
The main gate will be locked, so your character needs to find a way to climb the walls of the battlements and enter the Gatehouse to continue ‘The High Keep’ quest.
Here’s how to climb the battlements, step by step:
- Use Depulso in the device next to the small gate to unlock the nearby room. Inside that room, there’s a crate you must use to climb the battlements.
- Use Accio to pull the crate toward you outside the room and place it on the side of the section you must climb. If you Accio the crate all the way to your character, you should automatically cast Wingardium Leviosa.
- Using Wingardium Leviosa, position the crate so that it is just high enough for you to climb the walls of the battlements and continue the rest of ‘The High Keep’ quest. You can also use Arresto Momentum to freeze the crate in place.
With the box in place, you’ll be able to easily climb the battlements and voila! You’re inside and one step closer to completing ‘The High Keep’. Get ready for some fighting and a little bit of Hippogriff flying!
If, for whatever reason, you feel like coming back to this quest at a later time, don’t worry. You can easily abandon quests in Hogwarts Legacy at any time. They’ll always be available for you to start over later.
