North American support Zaqueri “Aphromoo” Black might be heading to 100 Thieves, according to a report by ESPN.
Formerly of CLG, Aphromoo shocked fans when news of his departure arose last week. Aphromoo was a part of CLG for five years, and he had become the organization’s captain and marquee player after the departure of AD carry Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng in 2016.

100 Thieves has currently confirmed that Kim “Ssumday” Chan-ho, William “Meteos” Hartman, Yoo “Ryu” Sang-wook, and coach Neil “pr0lly” Hammad have been signed to its NA LCS roster. If this report is true, and Aphromoo does indeed join 100 Thieves, the team will almost be complete—the only missing piece will be an AD carry.
100 Thieves recently joined the NA LCS through the permanent partnership program. Backed by the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers, 100 Thieves’ head of esports is former professional Call of Duty player Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag. 100 Thieves joins Clutch Gaming, the Golden Guardians, and OpTic Gaming as the four new teams to join the league in 2018.
The 2018 NA LCS Spring Split is set to start on Jan. 20.
