Jinx is one of the starter champions in League of Legends’ new PvE mode, Swarm. Starting a new mode can be scary when you’re unsure of the best build path, but don’t worry. We’ll give you the best Jinx build in Swarm.
Champions work slightly differently in Swarm, starting with their abilities. For example, Jinx’s auto attack is essentially an upgraded version of her basic attack in League. Once you hit level three, you unlock Jinx’s second ability, Fishbones, which fires multiple rockets at the target area and explodes on impact. This ability is great for escaping when you’re trapped in a corner. The only remaining ability from traditional LoL is Super Mega Death Rocket—but there are still more things to think about when building your Jinx in Swarm.
Jinx’s best Speed Gold farming build
Like in League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and more, there are optimal build paths you can aim for to get the most out of your character. While there is some RNG involved in terms of which augments to go for, these are the optimal weapon choices for Jinx:
- Meow Meow
- YuumiBot
- UwU Blaster
- Bunny Mega-Blast
- Bunny Crossbow
These weapons are upgradeable each time you level up. Once you reach the maximum rank (six), the weapon evolves into something bigger and better. This build combines defensive capabilities with immense damage that sees you running around the map for fun.
Obtaining gold grants more upgrades, which means starting a game of Swarm with more base stats. As you can see in the image below, upgrading stats is a relatively expensive venture, so this specific build is excellent for surviving the late game and farming gold. Upgrading Jinx’s Weapon Meow Meow is a no-brainer. When upgraded, this weapon turns into Battle Cat Barrage, firing more rockets and causing chaos. Your cooldowns are relatively small in the late game, so having this weapon at your disposal is great.
UwU Blaster is used by almost every Jinx build in Swarm, including this one. It fires projectiles rapidly at the nearest enemy, providing excellent defense when surrounded by Primordians. When upgraded, UwU Blaster fires projectiles twice as fast while also providing Ability Haste, which means your ability cooldowns are much shorter.
As annoying as Yuumi can be in traditional League of Legends, YuumiBot is the ultimate companion for this speed gold build. This weapon summons an AI drone version of Yuumi that deals damage and knocks up enemies. YuumiBot also picks up XP orbs that are nearby. When upgraded, the weapon evolves into YuumiBot_Final_FINAL, which now drops a healing pack after attaining a certain amount of damage to enemies. This evolved weapon helps build into Pickup Radius, which helps pick up more gold from a further distance.
Who doesn’t like Bunnies? Jinx loves Bunnies with this gold speed-farming build. Bunny Mega-Blast adds more projectiles to the mix as it launches orbital strikes at random enemies in the vicinity. When upgraded, Bunny Mega-Blast evolves into Rapid Rabbit Raindown, which still fires orbital strikes at random enemies but ends with a giant strike. This weapon helps with the Critical Chance portion of the build to potentially deal even more damage.
The final weapon on this list is the Gatling Bunny Guns. This weapon deals damage over time to enemies in a cone. When evolved, enemies hit are slowed and eventually stunned. This gives Jinx more time to run around the map, picking up gold and XP orbs with stunned enemies.
Best base upgrades for Jinx in Swarm
This build requires Jinx to constantly be moving around the map at speed, which aligns with her passive that grants significant movement speed. Pickup Radius and Movement Speed are the two upgrades to aim for in Swarm with this gold-farming build. Gold is located everywhere across the map, so having a larger pickup radius helps obtain as much gold as possible.
