The 2019 Spring Split for the League Champions Korea (LCK) season has drawn to a close.
The five best teams from Korea now have their sights set on the playoffs and the chance to represent their region at the 2019 Mid-Season Invitational in Vietnam—but only one team can lift the trophy and have the honor of representing Korea at the championship.
These teams are set to face off against each other over two grueling weeks of matches on Summoner’s Rift. Here’s everything you need to know about the 2019 LCK Spring playoffs.
Stream
Unlike other event run by Riot Games, the LCK stream will be hosted on its own Twitch channel separate from Riot’s channel. This is, of course, the LCK Twitch page that’s also used to livestream the regular season matches.
Teams
Five teams will compete in the playoffs based on their record in the regular season. These teams include Griffin, SK Telecom T1, Kingzone DragonX, SANDBOX Gaming, and DAMWON Gaming.
Schedule
The 2019 LCK Spring playoffs are split into four rounds, with the first match taking place on April 3. The second series is on April 5, while the third match will be on April 7. The finals take place on April 13, where the Spring Split champion will be crowned.
SANDBOX Gaming face off against DAMWON Gaming in the first match. The winner will advance to the second round to face off against Kingzone DragonX. The winner of that match will then take on SK Telecom T1—and whoever wins that series will head to the finals to play Griffin.
