The Thunder’s Roar last received a makeover in June 2016 with the El Rayo Volibear skin. The release was included in a wrestling inspired skin set along with El Leon Gnar and El Macho Mundo.

Volibear has now joined the likes of Kassadin, Rek’Sai and Vel’Koz who are all part of the 1,000-plus days club. Udyr currently sits at the top of the list with 1,429 days since the release of the Definitely Not Udyr skin. The runners up include Skarner and Xerath who received skins as part of the Guardians of the Sands release 1,403 days ago (Reddit user FalconGaels helpfully keeps tabs of all this in a spreadsheet available here).

Currently, Ivern is the oldest champion with only one skin. A set of skins leaks last month, revealed, however, that Perverse Ivern was an upcoming release. Therefore, the prize will soon fall to Ornn, who still only has one skin, Thunder Lord Ornn, after being released in August 2017.

Those leading the pack include Ezreal and Miss Fortune who boast 12 skins each. Ezreal has been a key pick within competitive League of Legends play, which has led Riot to create two team-inspired skins, TPA Ezreal and SSG Ezreal.

Elsewhere, the newest skin releases include Papercraft Anivia and Nunu which both came out last week. The additions of K/DA Ahri Prestige Edition and Arclight Brand are also incoming with release dates to be set.
