The 2024 League of Legends competitive season has been roaring on since January already, with the Split Two contest now winding down to its eventual end.
With incredible Victorious skins on the line and, of course, bragging rights for how high you can climb rank-wise, every League player will want to know exactly how long they have to breach the next illustrious level—whether it be Bronze or Diamond. Here’s everything you need to know regarding League‘s latest split closing its doors.
End date for LoL 2024 Split 2 ranked play
Riot Games has now confirmed that the second League ranked split of the year will end on Tuesday, Sept. 24. Ranked play (and the ladder) will be available to play through to 23:59pm at local time on each competitive server.
This split reset will come at the same time as League Patch 14.18, which is inked in to go live on the same day, according to Riot’s 2024 patch schedule.
This year’s third split will then begin right away as the clock ticks to Sept. 25.
Splits have been last for around three to four months this League season, with Split One running through to May 2024 after starting in January. Split Two appears to be following this trend quite closely, with May to September just under five months. Split Three should (in theory) run unbreaking through to December.
This Split Three handover should happen around the same time as the 2024 World Championship begins; Worlds 2024 will begin late that same month.
