Best Front Cookies (Charge and Defense-types)
Stormbringer Cookie
Stormbringer Cookie is a Legendary-rare Cookie whose one of the best tank and defender Cookies in all Cookie Run Kingdom. Technically a defender, a Cookie’s job is to solely absorb the damage to keep the other Cookies alive as long as possible. Aside from defense, Stormbringer Cookie is well-known because of her offense, especially her ability to increase the critical strike chance of Cookies. She has the potential to make your whole team an offensive powerhouse that deals a high amount of damage.
Financier Cookie
When you talk about defense in CRK, Financier Cookie is always a priority pick. Her ability protects your Cookie with the highest attack, making your team both offensively and defensively effective at the same time. Partnering Financier Cookie with other Front Cookies that focus on toolbox abilities such as Stormbringer Cookie and Hollyberry Cookie can be a potential threat to your opponent, so prioritize building a team that can produce great numbers in terms of the damage you can inflict or absorb.
Elder Faerie Cookie
When it comes to choosing a Front Cookie who can almost do it all, then Elder Faerie Cookie is for you. His ability, known as Guardian’s Valor, deals damage, taunts enemies, and decreases their healing. It can also provide a shield and heal his teammates. Elder Faerie Cookie defends himself from damage and debuffs, making him a reliable protector for your Cookies (especially White Lily Cookie). He’s often used alongside another Front Cookie who focuses on defense to bring out the best of Elder Faerie Cookie as a toolbox pick.
Cloud Haetae Cookie
One of the newest Cookies, Cloud Haetae Cookie may look cute and fluffy at first glance. But they can be deceiving and ferocious in battle. Their skill, Haettae Charge, allows you to deal area damage to enemies, as well as to grant HP shields to their teammates while increasing defense and damage resistance. His skill, Wrath of the Stars, deals massive damage to enemies and gives them the Sign of the Stars debuff that prevents enemy Cookies from receiving buffs of any form and decreases their attack and healing. Use Defense, Charge, Support, or Healer-type Cookies to help Stardust Cookie sustain his HP since he’s vulnerable to damage. If you use the right setup for him, then you can deal a lot of damage for sure.
Awakened Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord)
In the search for the most balanced Cookie for offense and defense, the Awakened version of Dark Cacao Cookie, known as the Dragon Lord, would be your best choice.
His ability, Awakened King, lets him swing his Chocoblade to deal damage as well as inflicting the Fatal Wound and CRIT damage debuff. He can also harness the strength of the Twin Dragons that allows Awakened Dark Cacao Cookie to deal more damage based on the Consuming Darkness debuff stacks. Her skil, Whispers of Apathy, lets Mystic Flour Cookie do a lot of things, but mainly focusing on healing. She can dish out a lot of HP restoration to teammates while also giving them buffs on damage resistance and buff protection. On the offensive side, Mystic Flour Cookie deals with the Pale Plague, which increases her own damage as well as decreasing the enemies’ damage and attack speed. Truly, Mystic Flour Cookie is indeed a beast and is currently considered by many to be the overall strongest Cookie in CRK.
Snapdragon Cookie
Snapdragon Cookie’s skill, Arcane Blossom, is one of the most powerful abilities in all of Cookie Run Kingdom since it can keep almost all your teammates alive for as long as possible. Snapdragon Cookie can also be safeguarded and invulnerable to enemy attacks, as well as giving Stun resistance to themselves and their teammates.

As for White Lily Cookie and Awakened Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord), both of them can do wonders in terms of dealing massive damage to enemies.

As for this CRK build, it focuses on sustaining your whole team for as long as possible while being able to spam White Lily Cookie’s ability.
