Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) has survived as a mobile game for almost six years. New events and content have dropped over time, but there have been no crossovers—until now. On Aug. 6, four officers and the NSEA Protector from the movie Galaxy Quest will be unveiled in Star Trek Fleet Command. According to Conor Crowley from Scopely, the crossover is meant to be funny while “staying true to the spirit of both” the franchise and film.

New storylines within Star Trek Fleet Command from the crossover include the “Sarris Invasion” and the new Chimera creature type, per Scopely. Part of the Galaxy Quest crew will join the Officer class type, along with the NSEA Protector as a Ship type.

  • Officer Jason Nesmith
  • Officer Gwen DeMarco
  • Officer Laliari
  • Officer Alexander Dane
  • NSEA Protector ship
  • Server-wide battle against Sarris and the Klingons
  • Galaxy Quest-themed hostiles
  • Level 25 Commander recommended for fighting the Fatu Krey
  • Level 40 Commander recommended for fighting the Chimeras
  • Exchange Fatu Krey Scraps for rewards
  • Exchange Sarris Dominion Salvage from the Chimeras for rewards

Thanks to Jason Nesmith, the Protector has accidentally crashed through the space-time continuum, putting the Galaxy Quest crew in the crosshairs of Fatu-Krwy and Orion vessels. The crew attempts to use the Omega 13, which takes them back in time instead of home, where the newly added STFC officers run into Captain James T. Kirk and the U.S.S. Enterprise.

With Patch 68 on July 9, new STFC store groups were added, and an efficiency bundle was added to Mirror Efficiency Exchanges. District 56 was also added at Operations 40, granting buffs like increased Apex Barrier in PvP and reduced critical damage taken.
