Scopely has dropped a new milestone point system with the return of the Peg-E Prize Drop main event in Monopoly GO, featuring points you can earn toward rewards above the bottom peg slots.

The Peg-E event within Monopoly GO has received mixed reactions from players over the last year, but it seems Scopely is trying to improve what the main event can offer. The September Prize Drop event is running from Sept. 12 to 16. Featured within the main event is a grand prize of a Wild Sticker and official point markers for each slot at the bottom of the Prize Machine. This article lists all the rewards we know of so far and how the new point Peg-E point system works.

A new point system launched in August has resulted in fewer Peg-E rewards for the September main event. Previous versions of Peg-E rewards featured multiple pages and milestone points that were hard to obtain. The reduction in rewards has lowered the total milestone points to earn a Wild sticker, which is the real prize many players are after.

  • Around $966 million in cash
  • Orange chest
  • Pink sticker pack
  • Blue sticker pack
  • Wild sticker
  • 150 dice rolls
  • 400 dice rolls
  • 500 dice rolls
  • 1,300 dice rolls
  • 2,500 dice rolls

If collecting the Wild Sticker is a goal for you, be sure to claim free Peg-E tokens daily while playing the Monopoly GO daily events.

How the new Peg-E points work in Monopoly GO

The biggest complaint players, including myself, had about the event previously was that we never knew how many points we earned as the Peg-E token dropped into the bottom slots of the Prize Machine, in addition to the milestone point thresholds being hard to reach, even with thousands of dice rolls.

Scopely’s newest version of the Peg-E event features milestone point tokens at the bottom of the Prize Machine. As predicted, the center spot earns you the most points, while the two ends grant the least.

Like rolling dice on the Monopoly GO board, increasing the Peg-E multiplier earns you more points as the token falls through one of the seven slots at the bottom of the Prize Machine.

How to earn more Peg-E rewards and points in Monopoly GO

The best way to earn more points from the Prize Machine is to increase the multiplier to its maximum of 30x. This requires having at least 125 Peg-E tokens collected. I recommend holding all the tokens until the last day, allowing you to drop tokens at the highest multiplier possible. But beware, the Peg-E Prize Drop is still a high RNG Monopoly GO mini-game, and it’s possible to whiff on a 30x multiplier by hitting slots one or seven.
