Best Fishing locations in Once Human

While Once Human directs you to some places to fish in the Surge of Fish Event, you have to find them yourself at other times if you wish to catch fish. During the event, you can teleport to some docks free of cost without using any Energy Links, and even catch Electric Eels, which are a great Deviant to have in the late game to boost your electricity. Here are the five locations where you can fish and get precious resources:

1) Red Sands

The docks at Red Sands are one of the best places to fish, and you can catch various seawater fish like Sardine. You also have a huge shellfish and oil reserve on the shores, along with seawater which can be covered with Salt and used to dry your fishes to preserve them for a longer time. You can also find the high-level Logging Beaver Deviant here, which is a precious Deviant used to log trees.

2) Chalk Peak

This is at the top of your map in the north of Chalk Peak, and it’s a great place to visit to get Northern Pike and Barracudas. It’s quite far, but if you do manage to get here during the event, it’s a great place to get Electric Eels as well. You can also get other fish here, but the best part about this location is that it’s near to a lot of polluted areas, making it an ideal place to set your camp in the end game if you want to make a passive farm for Acid

3) Meyer’s Market

Meyer’s Market is the second settlement that will appear in your main quest after you visit Deadsville and it is a great place to fish in the freshwater. If you’re lucky you might even get an Electric Eel here along with a low-level Logging Beaver, which is the best place for players to get this Deviant when they’re just starting in the game.

4) Chalk Peak

This place is located on the southeastern part of the map, and it’s a big pond full of fish. As it is a freshwater place, you should get Oscar Fish, Tilapia, and multiple other fishes which provide strong buffs to take down enemy bosses or even aid you in your exploration journey. It is quite secluded as well, so if you’re playing on the PvP server, chances are most players won’t be here to disturb your fishing sessions.

5) Broken Delta

This is a great early game place to fish, and you have to travel straight south from your starting region to come to this dock. The best part about this place is that you can easily reach it without much problem after starting the game and get quite a wide variety of fish for your dishes.
