With the arrival of Pokémon Go’s Max Out season, several move changes are coming to the game’s Battle League. This is the PvP mode where players can face off against each other using their favorite Pokémon.

Niantic has been hinting that the Max Out season will bring many changes, including the introduction of Galarian starter Pokémon and the Dynamax Form. We’re excited to see how in-depth these changes will be and what we can expect throughout the Max Out season as players prepare their teams. There are multiple move changes coming to several attacks for the Max Out season in Pokémon Go. They should be instant favorites, as many of these changes are widely used moves, such as Mud Shot and Fire Spin. Both of these attacks are useable on notable Pokémon that have already made a splash in the mobile game, which means they will only become stronger and more widespread.

These are all the move buffs and nerfs coming to Pokémon Go’s Max Out season:

Parabolic ChargeIncreased attack power from 65 to 70, decreased the energy cost to 50, and there’s now a chance to increase the user’s defense by one.

Power GemIncreased the attack power of Power Gem from 80 to 85, and decreased the energy cost to 50.

Alongside moves getting buffs and nerfs, multiple Pokémon got expanded movesets for the Max Out season. This will allow them to learn new attacks they previously couldn’t for the start of the season, giving you more reasons to add them to your team.
