Adin Ross’ recent gifts to former President Donald Trump while the two streamed together have been called into question, with many suggesting the star Kick streamer may have broken the law by giving the Republican nominee a watch and branded car.

Ross recently steamed from Mar-A-Lago with Donald Trump, giving him a Rolex alongside a Cybertuck wrapped with a picture of Trump moments after his assassination attempt during the event. Following this livestream viewers across social media, most notably Hasan Piker, have pointed out this gift may be against FEC regulations.

Did Adin Ross break the law?

Alongside delivering his personal take on Adin’s behavior, Piker noted these gifts appear to be well over the $3,300 cap for individual donations the FEC allows. There is no direct confirmation on the pricing of these items yet, but estimates can be made.

First, there’s the Rolex. Although it’s the smaller gift, Rolex watches can be quite expensive, even if searching for the most affordable watch by the brand. The cheapest Rolex watches will still run you somewhere around $6,000, based on the price of the Rolex Air-King.

Next, the Cybertruck. All versions on the Tesla website highlight 2025 availability dates, which suggests the model Ross bought Trump may be older. Regardless, the pricing for these vehicles has always been within the same ballpark, and unfortunately for Adin, no matter what model Cybertruck he got Trump, the car ranges anywhere from $39,000 to over $99,000. A wrap for the car would likely cost upwards of $3,000.

Candidates have raised plenty of money before, often through the use of a PAC, which is how people like Elon Musk contribute to Donald Trump’s campaign. That doesn’t seem to be the situation here, however. There’s no information suggesting Adin Ross is tied to a PAC. This would mean both of his gifts were individual contributions. Being generous, one could say Ross bought the cheapest Cybertruck, which could be up to around $40,000, and the cheapest Rolex, about $6,000—neither of which looks great for Ross.

What’s gonna happen to Ross after Trump gifts?

FEC regulations are the law and if Adin Ross has broken these laws they’ll most likely be enforced through fines or criminal charges. Charges could affect either Trump or Ross, depending on the assessment made by the FEC.

This is one of the most heated U.S. Elections to date, plenty of people are watching Trump’s moves, especially considering he’s faced legal issues before.

There’s also a lot of people waiting for Ross to make a mistake, as he has aligned himself with White Nationalists like Nick Fuentes in the past. There’s also a lot riding on this livestream for Ross, as he bet Kick CEO Edward Craven $100,000 it would rake in over 600,000 views. Even if Ross makes all that money, there’s a chance the FEC will have something to say; the FEC is quite willing to take a look at info sent by concerned individuals.
