It appears that sometimes, it’s more than “just role play” after all.
Popular streamer MOONMOON is facing accusations of participating in an extra-marital affair with a fellow Grand Theft Auto RP player, DivaJilly. The husband of DivaJilly, former Heroes of the Storm world champion KingCaffeine, posted the accusation on Twitter/X and provided screenshots of an apparent Discord conversation between MOONMOON and DivaJilly.
“Hey everyone, there’s not really an easy way to say this, but Jillian ‘DivaJilly,’ my wife of 15 years, and the role player of Siobhan on nopixel GTA RP and the love of my life, has apparently been cheating on me for months with the Twitch streamer MOONMOON,” he said.
The screenshots, which appear to show the Discord conversation between MOONMOON and DivaJilly, show them speaking about sexual relations that had occurred at TwitchCon this past weekend. KingCaffeine said he found the messages when he was “was trying to see if she was ok after not responding to my check-in messages Saturday night.” The content of the messages are quite sexually graphic in nature.
MOONMOON, who is also married, rose to success on Twitch with Overwatch gameplay before transitioning to variety content, such as GTA RP. At the time of this article’s publishing, MOONMOON has not yet publicly acknowledged the allegations.
“It really saddens me that it came to this after months of assuring me it was all ‘RP,'” KingCaffeine said. “I was sold the lie that it was just about sex positivity and girl bossing, when in reality they were just living out their secret fantasies while both being married. I’m sure their rabid fan bases won’t care, but I’m also sure there are plenty of people who will feel vindicated by this, especially those who warn about the dangers of ‘ERP.'”
KingCaffeine said he also found that DivaJilly was “sending and receiving sexual videos with” additional “multiple guys” who also participated in nopixel GTA RP, saying she was calling them “her daddy or favorite or whatever pet names obviously curating emotional relationships behind my back, and then had the audacity to act completely normal at home.”
Update on Sept. 25, 2024 at 3:35pm CT: MOONMOON has addressed the situation on his Discord server, according to a screenshot posted on Twitter/X, claiming that he and his wife have been separated for months and that DivaJilly was in an “open marriage.” Meanwhile, KingCaffeine refutes the claim.
