BruceDropEmOff, a popular streamer and former member of One True King (OTK), was banned from Twitch for the fourth time on May 3. He made a cryptic tweet after the suspension was handed out, but didn’t reveal the reason behind the ban. Luckily, one of his followers seemingly discovered what led to the ban.
Twitch never reveals why its content creators got suspended, but a lot of streamers usually tell the ban reasoning to their fans. All that we know is that bans are given out when streamers break one of Twitch’s community guidelines.

Here’s everything we know about BruceDropEmOff’s latest Twitch ban.
Why was BruceDropEmOff banned from Twitch?
BruceDropEmOff was banned for the fourth time on May 3 at 11:23am CT. Unlike his previous ban, BruceDropEmOff didn’t reveal why Twitch suspended him this time. One Twitter user, though, suggested he got banned for using the N-word on a live stream recently.
While we can’t say for sure that’s what caused BruceDropEmOff’s latest ban, the streamer kind of alluded to it as he said he would “do it all over again.”
The usage of racial slurs like the N-word can result in suspensions because it is considered Hateful Conduct, according to Twitch’s community guidelines.
“Twitch aims to be a place where everyone can come together in shared, community experiences,” the Hateful Conduct section of the community guidelines read. “Twitch does not permit behavior that is motivated by hatred, prejudice or intolerance, including behavior that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, and veteran status.”
It’s unclear how long BruceDropEmOff’s Twitch ban will last, but it seems that the streamer is ready to move on to another platform. BruceDropEmOff owns a verified channel on the new streaming platform Kick, which is owned by Trainwrecks and recently signed streaming stars like chess grandmaster Hikaru Nakamura and the controversial AdinRoss.
BruceDropEmOff didn’t announce he’s moving from Twitch to Kick, but it’s what his fans interpreted after he said “Oh, y’all now what’s next” once Twitch banned him for the fourth time.
