TFT 13.15 PBE patch notes: All early changes we know so far

The Mid-set is coming.

Riot Games prepares Teamfight Tactics for the back half of Set Nine Runeterra Reforged with balance changes to Ryze, Piltover, and more.

Shortly after the launch of Patch 13.14, a B-patch was shipped that targeted TFT Set Nine champions like Akshan, Taric, Karma, and Soraka. Those changes are also live on PBE servers, along with big adjustments to the Piltover trait and Runeterra Reforged champion Ryze. 

On Aug. 1, Riot Games dropped the full 13.15 Patch notes for TFT Set Nine.

Game designers Stephen “Mortdog” Mortimer and Riot Kent released the full early notes on July 30 through the 13.15 Patch Rundown. Notes from the PBE servers and the Patch Rundown may vary.

All TFT Set Nine Patch 13.15 PBE balance changes

Changes live on PBE servers are subject to change prior to the official update. Patch 13.15 is scheduled to go live on Aug. 2. All changes on PBE servers were updated on July 28.

PBE Patch 13.15 TFT trait changes

Big changes are potentially coming to the Piltover trait in Patch 13.15, with selling the T-Hex for loot getting removed.

  • Piltover: T-Hex armor and magic resistance increased to 25
  • Piltover: Selling the T-Hex for loot removed
  • Piltover: New—Winning converts Charges to power for the T-Hex and grants the player loot based on the number of Chargers converted
  • Technogenius Shrink Module: Shred adjusted from 40/60/70 to 40/50/70 percent
  • Void: Baron Nashor’s health increased to 1250/2250/4050
  • Void: Rift Herald’s health increased to 1050/1890/3402 and mana adjusted to 80/120
  • Bastion: Armor and magic resistance adjusted to 25/55/100
  • Noxus: Increased stats reduced from 10 to five percent and overall stats at breakpoints increased to 170/340/600 health and 17/34/60 AP/AD damage
  • Rogue: Bleed at the breakpoint of four increased from 40 to 50 percent
  • Slayer: Bonus damage health threshold increased from 60 to 66 percent

PBE Patch 13.15 TFT Augment changes

Tweaks were applied to TFT Set Nine Augments, from removing gold granted to changing up items granted through Crowns. The July 25 update added a Magnetic Remover to multiple Set Nine Augments.

  • Buried Treasure (all tiers): Gold gained removed.
  • Blinding Speed: Gain a Magnetic Remover was added
  • Dedication: The first time fielding distinct units was reduced from five to four.
  • Demacia Crown: The item gained changed from Gargoyle’s Stoneplate to Hextech Gunblade.
  • Impenetrable Bulwark: Gain a Magnetic Remover was added.
  • It Pays to Learn Two: XP and gold reduced to 16
  • It Pays to Learn Three: XP and gold reduced to 20
  • Juggernaut Crown: The item gained was changed from a Titan’s Resolve to a Bloodthirster.
  • Jeweled Lotus One: Critical strike gained reduced from 50 to 40 percent
  • Noxus Crown: The item gained was changed from Infinity Edge to Sparring Gloves.
  • On a Roll: Gain two gold was added.
  • Overwhelming Force: Gain a Magnetic Remover was added.
  • Piltover Soul: The item gained was changed from Zeke’s Herald to Giant Slayer.
  • Perfected Repetition: Ability power gained reduced to five
  • Ravenous Hunter: Stacked stats reduced from 50 to 40 times
  • Risky Moves: Gold reduced to 30
  • Seeing Double (all tiers): Gold increased to 2/10/4
  • Shadow Isles Crown: The item gained was changed from Statikk Shiv to Tear of the Goddess Component.
  • Shurima Crown: The item gained changed from Bloodthirster to Protector’s Vow.
  • Shurima’s Legacy: Ability triggered after eight seconds of combat instead of when units Ascend.
  • Slayer Crown: The item gained changed from Bloodthirster to Titan’s Resolve.
  • Stable Evolution: Health gained reduced to 60 and AD/AP reduced to six percent.
  • Small Forge: Gold reduced to four
  • The Boss: Health threshold increased from 40 to 60 percent and heals from sit-ups reduced to 10 percent, while attack speed and ability power increased from 35 to 40 percent
  • Unified Resistance One: Armor reduced from 20 to 18.
  • Unleashed Arcana: Gain a Magnetic Remover was added.

PBE Patch 13.15 TFT item changes

  • Locket of the Iron Solari: Shield increased to 275/325/375
  • Ornn Eternal Winter: Health reduced from 300 to 200
  • Ornn Hullcrusher: Armor and magic resistance increased to 40
  • Sniper’s Focus: Increased damage from attacks and abilities increased from eight to 10 percent
  • Deathfire Grasp: Duration increased from eight to 10 seconds and increased damage reduced from 50 to 35 percent
  • Goldmancer’s Staff: Ability power increased to 25
  • Needlessly Big Gem: Health increased to 600
  • Draven’s Axe: AD increased to 15 percent
  • Determined Investor: Gold reduced from 10 to five
  • Diamond Hands: Health reduced to 300

PBE Patch 13.15 TFT champion changes

Multiple levers were pulled for Ryze during the Patch 13.15 PBE testing that changed stats and abilities for several Portals.

  • Kayle: Attack damage increased from 25/38/56 to 30/45/68
  • Malzahar: Damage to all enemies caught between Portals nerfed to 185/280/420
  • Kassadin: Magic damage nerfed to 135/200/300
  • Sett: Slam damage nerfed to 180/270/420
  • Soraka: Heal lowest ally nerfed to 170/190/220 and additional heal nerfed to 56/63/73
  • Soraka: Star damage buffed to 125/170/265
  • Swain: Maximum health gained adjusted to 450/500/550 and magic damage while transformed buffed to 35/50/75
  • Taliyah: Mana nerfed to 0/60
  • Teemo: Mushroom damage adjusted to 200/350/535/535
  • Akshan: Physical damage reduced from 162 to 148 total damage
  • Karma: Energy burst magic damage reduced to 170/255/420
  • Rek’Sai: Total damage (physical and true) increased from 293 to 307
  • Taric: Mana nerfed to 0/65
  • Aphelios: Bonus physical damage attacks adjusted to 5/8/44
  • Azir: Passive sand soldier damage buffed to 100/150/550 and Active magic damage from soldiers buffed to 70/105/385
  • Gwen: Magic damage adjusted to 100/150/400
  • Kai’Sa: Missle damage adjusted to 75/111/240
  • Lux: Magic damage adjusted to 735/1100/2750 and reduction of magic resistance changed to 15/15/40 every second
  • Shen: Shield gained changed to 275/350/2000 and shield magic damage adjusted to 240/360/2500
  • Urgot: Total damage reduced from 384 to 341
  • Ahri: Magic damage from stealing a target’s essence nerfed to 100/150/1000
  • Sion: Passive health decay changed to 15/10/0 percent
  • Poppy: Stun removed
  • Zeri: Active spell duration adjusted to 9/9/15 seconds
  • Bel’Veth: Mana adjusted from 0/55 to 20/70
  • Ryze Shadow Isles: Soul or souls marked changed to ally with the lowest current health
  • Ryze Shadow Isles: Health on resurrection adjusted to 45/70/300 percent
  • Ryze Shurima: Tornado damage increased to 175/275/2500
  • Ryze Zaun: Portals created increased to 6/12/25, and with 50 gold, the cost to summon additional Portals increased to 20 gold
  • Ryze Piltover: Grenade damage increased to 275/425/2500, and the percent of damage done to trapped enemies that hits all other enemies was increased slightly to 15/20/500 percent
  • Ryze Bandle City: Bench unit changed from random to most expensive upon Portal getting created, and attack damage was reduced slightly to 30/45/68
  • Ryze Bandle City: If no units are left on the bench, the summon was changed to a random high-tier unit instead of a high-tier unit from the shop. 
  • Ryze Freljord: Portal created reduced to two seconds
  • Ryze Ionia: Attack speed gained reduced to 30/40/300 percent
  • Ryze Ionia: Damage added to dancing enemies, 175/275/2500, and stun remains the same

The next PBE update for TFT Set Nine Patch 13.15 should take place on or around July 31.
