You can unlock Career Rewards in THE FINALS by earning XP. The best way to do that is through contracts and simply playing the game. The more you play, the more XP you earn and the more rewards you unlock.

The Career Level is displayed next to your name in the top-right corner. Click on it to see the Career Rewards and how much XP you need to reach the next level. Don’t mistake it for the battle pass level, as it’s a completely different system with separate rewards.
