THE FINALS season two update has come and gone.

Embark Studios dropped the first batch of information for season two back on March 10, 2024. The second seasonal update for THE FINALS revolves around the CNS hacker group wreaking havoc on the game show. As such, players get access to a new arsenal of tools capable of raising barriers, removing walls, defying gravity, and transforming items.

Additionally, the devs announced a new map, a five-vs-five game mode, and a new Hacker playstyle. Here is everything you need to know about season two of THE FINALS.

THE FINALS season two kicked off on March 14. The update began rolling out a few hours after midnight, with all regions receiving the update over the course of the day. Some downtime was experienced as servers came back online, but for the most part, season two rolled out without any hitches.

What time did THE FINALS season 2 release?

Embark Studios did not originally show a start time for THE FINALS season two, but according to an official tweet, the update began rolling out at around 5am CT on March 14.

The update is now live and you can check out the full patch notes from here. In short, season two brought with it Power Shift—a game mode where teams battle for a moving platform—as well as the new map Horizon,and a bevy of new weapons and gadgets.

Season two ran from mid-March to mid-June, with season three of THE FINALS launching on June 13.
